Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReelsHunter website, applications, tools, features, subscription plans, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of ReelsHunter (“ReelsHunter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Service, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using ReelsHunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ReelsHunter.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you use ReelsHunter on behalf of a business, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The ReelsHunter Service

ReelsHunter is a content research and creation tool designed to help users discover content ideas, review and analyze social-media content, identify patterns and creative strategies, and generate original content ideas and scripts.

Features may include, among other things:

• searching for Reels and content by keyword or topic;
• displaying content-related information and performance data;
• analyzing Reels, hooks, structures, psychology, and creative patterns;
• AI-assisted content analysis;
• AI-assisted script and content generation;
• saving favorites and activity history; and
• other content research and creation tools.

ReelsHunter does not guarantee that any content identified by the Service is currently “viral,” will become viral, or will produce any particular number of views, followers, leads, sales, engagement, or other result.

Rankings, metrics, analyses, recommendations, classifications, and other information provided by the Service may be based on automated systems, third-party information, estimates, or data available at a particular point in time.

Accounts and Account Security

Some features require a ReelsHunter account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, or provide access to your account in a way that is inconsistent with your subscription plan or these Terms.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at reelshuntersupport@gmail.com .

ReelsHunter may support authentication through third-party providers, such as Google. Your use of those authentication services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

Paid Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

ReelsHunter may offer monthly and annual paid subscription plans. The applicable price, billing period, included token allowance, features, and other plan details are displayed on our pricing page or during checkout.

Monthly subscriptions. If you purchase a monthly subscription, your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.

Annual subscriptions. If you purchase an annual subscription, you are charged for the annual subscription period and your subscription automatically renews for another annual period unless canceled.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you expressly authorize ReelsHunter and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable recurring subscription charges, together with any applicable taxes, until you cancel your subscription.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide renewal, price-change, or other subscription notices before an applicable charge or renewal.

Tokens and Usage Allowances

Certain ReelsHunter features consume tokens. Different features may require different numbers of tokens, and token costs may be displayed within the Service before an action is performed.

Token allowances vary by plan and are shown on the applicable pricing page, account interface, or checkout page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, paid-plan token allowances operate on a monthly allocation cycle.

For annual plans, although the subscription fee is charged annually, the included token allowance is provided on a monthly basis rather than as one annual lump sum.

Tokens are digital usage credits solely for use within ReelsHunter. They have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, or used outside the Service.

We may modify token costs, allocations, or usage rules for future periods, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing paid subscription at any time through the subscription or billing-management functionality made available through your ReelsHunter account.

If the online cancellation functionality is unavailable, you may contact reelshuntersupport@gmail.com for assistance.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not immediately terminate an already-paid subscription period. You may continue to access the applicable paid plan through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

To avoid the next renewal charge, you should cancel before the applicable renewal date.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments made to ReelsHunter are non-refundable.

We generally do not provide refunds or credits for:

• partially used subscription periods;
• unused subscription time;
• unused or expired tokens;
• failure to use the Service;
• cancellation after a renewal charge has occurred; or
• dissatisfaction with results generated by the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices and subscription features are displayed on the ReelsHunter pricing page or during checkout.

You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize our payment processor to process applicable charges.

Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. ReelsHunter does not directly control those providers' systems, networks, or payment processing availability.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges unless they are collected and remitted by us or our payment processor.

We may change prices or plan features from time to time. Changes to an existing paid subscription will be applied in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements.

Acceptable Use

You may use ReelsHunter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person;
• use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful content;
• introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
• interfere with, overload, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Service or its infrastructure;
• circumvent token limits, subscription limits, security mechanisms, rate limits, or access restrictions;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code from the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access ReelsHunter except through functionality expressly authorized by us;
• resell or commercially redistribute access to ReelsHunter unless expressly permitted by your plan or by a separate written agreement with us; or
• use another person's account without authorization.

Third-Party Platforms and Content

ReelsHunter may display, reference, analyze, link to, or provide information relating to content made available through third-party platforms, including social-media platforms.

ReelsHunter does not claim ownership of third-party Reels, videos, images, audio, captions, trademarks, usernames, or other third-party content.

Rights in third-party content remain with the applicable owners and rights holders.

You are responsible for determining whether and how you may use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, download, or otherwise exploit third-party content.

The fact that content can be discovered, viewed, analyzed, or referenced through ReelsHunter does not give you ownership of that content or permission to copy or republish it.

You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms, platform rules, copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable rights when using third-party content.

Third-party services may change their systems, policies, interfaces, access methods, or availability at any time. These changes may affect ReelsHunter features without prior notice.

Your Content and Inputs

You may provide URLs, text, prompts, instructions, account information, or other material to the Service (“User Content”).

As between you and ReelsHunter, you retain any rights you already have in your User Content.

You grant ReelsHunter a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, transform, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content to the Service and to permit its processing as described in these Terms.

AI Analysis and Generated Output

ReelsHunter uses automated and artificial-intelligence-based systems to provide analyses, ideas, recommendations, scripts, and other generated material (“Output”).

AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for your particular circumstances, or similar to content generated for other users or available elsewhere.

You are responsible for reviewing Output before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

ReelsHunter does not guarantee that Output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, factually accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

As between you and ReelsHunter, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to third-party rights, you may use Output generated for you through the Service.

Your ability to use Output does not grant you rights in any third-party material that may be referenced, identified, or analyzed as part of the Service.

ReelsHunter Intellectual Property

ReelsHunter and its associated software, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, features, databases, technology, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to ReelsHunter and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ReelsHunter's technology or intellectual property to you.

“ReelsHunter,” its logo, and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our permission.

Service Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the Service will operate without interruption, delay, or error.

Features that depend on third-party platforms, data providers, payment providers, hosting providers, AI systems, or other external services may be affected by changes or outages outside our control.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice before making material changes that adversely affect an existing paid subscription.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ReelsHunter at any time and may cancel a paid subscription as described above.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

• you materially violated these Terms;
• your use creates a security or legal risk;
• your account is being used fraudulently or abusively;
• required subscription payments have failed;
• you attempt to circumvent Service or token limitations; or
• we are required to do so by law.

Where reasonable and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service may end. Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Privacy

Your use of ReelsHunter is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the terms governing your use of the Service.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsHunter disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will always be available or error-free;
• third-party data will be complete or accurate;
• AI-generated content will be accurate or unique;
• content identified by ReelsHunter will remain available;
• any Reel or content strategy will perform successfully; or
• using ReelsHunter will result in followers, views, engagement, revenue, customers, or any other business or creative outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REELSHUNTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelsHunter's total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

1. the amount you paid to ReelsHunter during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. $100 USD.

These limitations do not apply where and to the extent they are prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelsHunter and its operator, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your User Content;
• your infringement or violation of another person's rights; or
• content that you publish, distribute, or create using the Service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and ReelsHunter consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive any right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory rights regarding governing law, venue, dispute resolution, cancellation, refunds, or other protections, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business practices, applicable law, or other operational requirements.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable method where required by law.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

General Terms

Electronic communications

You agree that we may provide agreements, notices, disclosures, subscription communications, and other information electronically, including by email or through the Service.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you for a particular feature or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and ReelsHunter regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No waiver

A failure by ReelsHunter to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, or transfer of the ReelsHunter business, subject to applicable law.
